Mind ball

The less you try the better you do!

In this game, the most passive player wins. The electrodes in the headbands measure EEG, which shows the electrical activity in the brain. The EEG is shown as the lines on the screen. These waves are called Alpha and Theta waves, and they are affected by the states calm/anxious and relaxed/active. Theta waves is a brain wave pattern that can be seen through EEG measurements when the person is relaxing, meditating and concentrating. Theta waves are more common in children than in adults. Alpha waves dominate the EEG pattern in a relaxed adult, especially if they are lying comfortably with their eyes closed thinking about “nothing in particular”, as in awake but relaxed, drifting off to sleep and dreaming.
