Steady hands

This experiment is to challenge yourself and your body. How steady are your hands? How can you improve your result by using your body's position, your strength, speed and stamina?

Thread the loop from the start to the end of the metal wire. Every time you touch the wire, you lose points in the Experimenta collection exercise.

The thumb plays a central role when the handle is moved forwards without touching the wire. The ability to move the wrist with the palm facing both upwards and downwards comes from the mobility of the two bones in the lower arm.

When the handle touches the loop, an electrical circuit is closed the lamp lights. If you can complete the loop without the counter increasing – then you have very steady hands!
