School visits
Let Tom Tits Experiment become an extension of the classroom! Our entire building and all of our exhibitions are designed to spark interest and harness the natural curiosity of school and preschool children. And it works! Come and see for yourself.
We welcome school visits during our regular opening hours. And if you choose a Wednesday or Thursday, we will open our doors for you at 9:00 a.m. Book today. Visits must be booked 14 days in advance.
Eat school lunch in the Tower Room
We are happy to serve school lunch for school groups. The food is prepared in our restaurant and served in the magical Tornrummet. The menu consists of soup, pancakes with jam and cream, bread, butter, and table water. (And coffee for the teachers, of course—how else would it be?) The price is SEK 79 per person. We offer alternatives for the most common allergens.
Quieter visits
Smaller groups from adapted elementary schools, adapted high schools, special education groups within elementary and high schools, or preschools within the municipality of Södertälje can come as early as 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday mornings. This allows the group to experience the exhibition in a more accessible and peaceful way.
The visit is free of charge for schools within the municipality of Södertälje. We can accommodate 1–2 groups at a time from other municipalities at the regular school price.
