Here, the Moiré Pattern is created when waves of light meet and are stacked on top of each other. This is also known as an interference pattern. This creates new patterns depending on the angle you are facing the net.
Where can you see this?
The blue colour of a peacock does not come from a colour pigment, it is created by an interference in the construction of the bird’s feathers. If the feathers are crushed, the blue colour disappears.
