The Goalkeeper
In this experiment, you can challenge yourself and your body! How fast are your reflexes? Is it possible to improve your results? Can you react faster by using your body's position, strength, speed and stamina?
Race against the Goalkeeper in turning off as many lights as possible as they light up during the countdown, and collect points for the Experimenta machine. Experimenta controlls which lights are lit up. It increases the difficulty level over time. To succed, you must have quick reactions and a good memory.
When you see one of the buttons light up, it takes time for your eye to connect to nerves that lead to your brain. It also takes time for the impulses to move along the nerves to your body’s muscles. Then the muscles need to start working. But all these functions can be practised and improved!
