Letters Halved

It is possible to switch one or several letters for numbers, and still get the message. But if you cover up parts of the letters, can you still read the sentence?

The message on the board about readability is based on the shape of the letters. There are many designs of letters, but the Swedish alphabet is based on the Latin alphabet. Text written with the Latin alphabet is read from the top down and from left to right.
