Suburban train to Södertälje Centrum
During the rush hour the suburban train runs four times per hour. Contact SL Trafikinformation for timetables, 08 600 10 00 or visit www.sl.se.
Long-distance train
The station is called Södertälje Syd. From there take the bus to Tom Tits Experiment.
The bus goes all the way
Bus numbers 754 and 755 go from Södertälje Syd (long-distance train station) and Södertälje Central (suburban train station). Get off at Centrifugen. Bus number 748 runs from Fittja to Södertälje, some times all the way from Liljeholmen. The bus stop nearest to Tom Tits Experiment is called Köpmangatan. Walking
Walking from the Södertälje suburban train station takes 10-15 minutes. Take Järngatan (to the right when leaving the station area) and then Storgatan (partly for pedestrians only). Once past the square and the church you will see a large brick building. That’s us!
By car from Stockholm (north)
Take the E4 southwards – take the first turnoff to Södertälje (Moraberg junction) – drive towards “centrum” over the canal – turn right at Ängsgatan (Oxbacksleden), and then left at nedre (lower) Villagatan.
By car from Strängnäs (left)
Take the E20 towards Stockholm – take the first turnoff to Södertälje – drive towards “centrum”. Drive past Max Hamburgare, left down Kvarnbergagatan, take a right at Forskargatan and then left into nedre (lower) Villagata.
By car from Nyköping (south)
Take the E4 towards Stockholm – take the turnoff at Södertälje N (Moraberg junction) – drive towards “centrum” over the canal – turn right at Ängsgatan (Oxbacksleden), and then right at nedre (lower) Villagatan. (You can turn off the motorway earlier, but that means driving for a longer distance through the town.)
